Join us to learn more about the medical program from Casey Therese Sheahan, Associate Director for Admissions at Georgetown School of Medicine. "Georgetown University School of Medicine opened its doors to students in May 1851. Today, the school offers a four-year program of professional education leading to the MD degree, as well as MD/PhD, MD/MBA, MD/MPH (in conjunction with the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health) and several MD/MS degrees. Guided by the Jesuit tradition of cura personalis, care of the whole person, Georgetown University School of Medicine educates a diverse student body to become knowledgeable, ethical, skillful, and compassionate physicians and biomedical scientists who are dedicated to the care of others and to the health needs of our society." |
