| Description: | Join Heart at Hunter for a talk with Heather A. Hodson (RDN, CDN, CDCES) on optimizing health by adopting a heart healthy diet. Ms. Hodson is a clinical nutritionist for NYU Langone’s Center for the Prevention of Cardiovascular Disease. She supports adults who want to adjust their diet to improve their cardiovascular health and works with patients to review their lifestyle, habits, preferences, and eating patterns. She also explores what changes can help them achieve their goals, whether they are looking to lower blood pressure or cholesterol levels, manage their weight, or optimize their overall health. Ms. Hodson helps people come up with solutions that work for them and create effective and sustainable diet plans that complement their medical treatment. |
