| Description: | During the event we want to invite members of our Pre-Health community to learn more about our club’s mission to foster inclusiveness, and awareness about pursuing a career as a physician scientist for all students. Our mission is an extension of the American Physician Scientists Association main goal of assisting those students that want to pursue MD/DO-Ph.D.’s as well as MD/DO ,with research interests, to improve their professional network on both a national and a local level. During the event will be discussing future events that we plan on hosting during the semester ranging from presentation workshops to a speaker series as well as potential volunteer/shadowing/research opportunities that may arise throughout the course of the school year. We will also be discussing our future goals and how you can become an active part of our chapter via our committee groups. Come join us in learning more about our club, and we look forward to seeing many of you at our event. |
