Our amazing panelists are from diverse backgrounds within the healthcare field and general science fields. They will share their professional journeys and answer any questions you may have. It is an excellent opportunity to network and gain personal insight into the real world. Sergei Kalsow, MD- Board Certified Cosmetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgeon (MD) in New York City specializing in surgery of the face, breast, and body. Danielle Golder and Marina Budin- Hunter College alumni, and current second-year dental students at New York University Dental School. Jenny Lu, RN - A registered nurse and current Post-Bacc student at Hunter College. Margarita Brandis- Graduated from New York University Dental School with an associate’s degree in dental hygiene. Sarah Myruski, Ph.D. – Dr. Myruski received her Ph.D. in Behavioral and Cognitive Neuroscience from the City University of New York. She currently conducts post-doctoral research at Hunter College where she teaches General Experimental Psychology (PSYCH 250). Juliana Hoff, PA- Studied at Wagner College to be a Physician Assistant and currently works at New York-Presbyterian in Queens. Betty Kolod MD, AAHIVS- Dr. Kolod attended SUNY Downstate medical school at and completed her residency in Primary Care and Social Internal Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx. She’s currently pursuing an MPH and studying preventive medicine at Mount Sinai. She has completed training in physician advocacy and is most involved with Physicians for a National Health Program, which advocates for single-payer health care. Refreshments will be served!
