This will be an informational event about community outreach campaigns and clinical research, such as the Heart 2 Heart(H2H) program. There will be guest speakers from Weill Cornell, including MD-PhD students of various backgrounds and various personnel such as research coordinators. This event will discuss about what community outreach consists of and how these guest speakers have gotten involved in this campaign of public health. The guest speakers will talk about their specialty and their experiences in community outreach and what this will mean for the future of medicine. Speakers at this event included: Andzelika Dechnik- Hunter alum Weill Cornell MD-PhD candidate Ana Canas-Research coordinator Christina Ganzer- Professor at Hunter Bellevue Nursing School |
